Rescue Notes

  • HARF is a Foster based rescue and we do not currently take in or adopt out cats or kittens, as our current focus is on Dogs.
  • Please contact HARF at (808) 876-0022 for a list of cat rescue resources.
  • Dropping off any animal at the HARF Center without expressed permission from HARF is considered animal abandonment and the Maui County law states: No person shall abandon an animal. Please call and work with our intake staff to assure each animal is saved and found a forever home using the proper procedures.
