Every animal in our pet adoption program has received a comprehensive medical examination, spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, tons of TLC and a microchip. HARF is a Foster based rescue and we do not currently take in or adopt out cats or kittens. Please contact HARF at (808) 876-0022 for a list of cat rescue resources.
